I have done a search on it and found some recipes with it and where to find it, but what is the difference between this and regular p-nut butter? Is this all natural?

"Natty" means natural. Yes...it's natural and it's better for you. Doesn't have that hydrogenated nonsense (which kills my stomach). It also tastes a lot better than regular PB, in my opinion.

There are tons of brands. Just look at the ingredients. Should be nothing but Peanuts, and maybe salt. Costco normally have it for cheap, and real good brands.

I looooove natty pb, but I hate opening a new one and mixing in the oil after it's seperated. Lately I've just been leaving it fairly unmixed and scooping the solid from the bottom, eventually it gets mostly solid due to the cold temp of the fridge. Anyone else experience this? ;p

Here is a tip for you. Soon as you get it turn the bottle upside down and store it like that for a day or 2 and then you can open it and the oil will have mixed in rather well with the solids....

It might take a day for you it might take 2 depends on temps but it will save you the trouble of having to mix the oil with the peanut butter.

Enjoy!

Ok here's the Million Dollar Question:

What's the difference between JIF and Natural Peanut Butter?

I know sugar is added but there's only 1 g more of sugar than in natural Peanut Butter (according to Krema's label) 0 Trans Fat, only one more gram of sugar and that's it. I find Krema dries my throat so I don't like it (taste wise it's fine though)
