That is some solid benching bro. Full ROM, slow and controled. Looked freakin easy for you too. Keep it up.

Tsk tsk tsk, Sandals in the weightroom are a no-no. Well actually that was a great lift, I doubt the people at the front tell you what you can and can't do... Keep up the work bro I got years before I'm where you're at.

Nice strength, the ease in which you unracked it and got the first 2.5 reps was pretty shocking. I dont know if you slowed down, or had some issues locking it out the last rep but strong either way... that would be the worst part which was still very strong. I'd say it looked like you had an easy 5 in you.

Thanks for all the positive comments everybody.

I may have had a couple more reps but that's the first time I ever attempted to rep 405 and I had it in my head I was going to get three so that's what I did. I did stumble locking out that third rep but that's all it was, a stumble. I just had to reassert myself there.

My body weight was up to 260ish about a month ago. Yesterday I was at 255. I have been lifting for about 10 years.

Although I appreciate the compliments, in order to beat my two regular competitors I'll need to get my max up to at least 500 lbs raw. I am around 450 max right now.

Looks just like me, but at 135... Seriously dude I am sure you could hit 450 1 rep if you pushed yourself. Didn't seem as you were pushing too hard. How can you hit 405 for the first time and do 3?

NICE LIFT.

NICE LIFT.

I have done 405 many times but only for a single during my build up to my max attempt. That's the first time I have actually done it with the intent of getting it for more than a single.
