hey everyone -- my first post.

I ilke to make some high-protein pancakes. Here's the recipe:

1/2 cup cottage cheese
6 egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 capfull vanilla

Put everything in a blender and blend until almost smooth. Cook like regular pancakes, but make sure you cook them fairly thin. Choc. whey protein can be added for a new twist. They are quite good w/ sugar free syrup.

hey zackdarnell!

I generally have a couple of pints of milk, a few rounds of toast, some cereal, and some fruit.

If i have time and I'm feeling hungry I'll have a full english breakfast :)

I have been eating the same thing all year and I am still not sick of it:

5 egg whites
1 whole egg
a little FF Butter milk
1 cup oats (dry measure)
Stir above in bowl and add cinamon to taste. dump it in a skillet and let it cook on one side, then flip it. I top it off with 2 slices of FF cheese and some kashi cereal. After that I eat it w/ some sugar free (splenda) syrup or topped w/ no cal butter spray and splenda.

DELICIOUS

I suppose I will get sick of it some day but it has been about 6 months straight and I still look forward to it every morning.

Ok, I eat this on a regular basis. If I don't have eggs I use Protein Powder and it still tastes yummy. ;)

1/2 cup-3/4 cup dry oats
1 cup Skim Milk
1 whole egg + 2 egg whites
2 Packets Equal or Artificial Sweetner
1/2 tsp Salt
Cinnamon to taste
Dash of Nutmeg

Mix well, microwave for 4 minutes stirring once. Then @ end stir again, and microwave for another 3-4 minutes. It should be a little thick. It sounds gross, but its really good. Ask Belial or IceRgrrl...they've made it and liked it.

** You can also add Peanut Butter at the end after its done cooking, I'd recommend only doing this when you've used Protein Powder and not the eggs. ;)
