K guys i started lifting in february 2005, i started lfiting seriosuly with a good routine around june 2005. I am still lfiting, but took a 2 month break over christmas. From February 2006 i have started eating well and sleeping better and training mroe effectively. In the 5 months ive been back training with good diet, training and sleep i have made DOUBLE the gains than i did last year not doing it properly.

Im still really focusing on killing my legs as you will notice, but atleast now i can see the muscles which is good motivation.

PS Anyone got a youtube.com account i can use? Dont want to sign up for one video of my mate deadlifting 180Kg (396pounds) for 4 reps and his 17.

Yeah that back double-bi is freaking awesome - keep up the great work!! You can also see definite improvement over the past year - I would put a little more time into quads, IMHO, but otherwise way to keep it up!

You have the shape, now add the size! Im with the rest on strong delts, keep with the squats to bring up legs. Well done so far keep it up and show us more as you progress mate
