my first attempt at a journal...don't see myself adding an entry everyday i do something but i'll do it for today

I've only started doing everything 5x5 cos of what everyone on wbb says i used to do 3x8...
7th week of training
11 july

decline bench press...5x5 130lbs(need to add more)
military press with tricep bar...5x5 70lbs(need to add more)
ez bicep curls 5x5 70lbs(need to add more)
hammer curls 5x5 20lbs(need to add more)
upward rows 5x5 70lbs(need to add more)
dumbell shoulder press 5x5 30lb(just right!!)
deadlifts 5x5 130lbs(feel the burn)
squats 5x5 70lbs(need a lot more weight)

that would normally take 45-60mins
then for the stomach(I need a situp bench)
can't think of the name of the first one but you lie down and keep your heels together and extend them....ok that 20 times
normal crunch 20 times
crunh to the left 20
right 20
left 20
right 2
normal 20
and finish with the heel thing again...20

the above stomach exercise is a set...i do it 3 times
i need a situp bench bad

so you did bench, squats, and deadlifts all in 1 session? You shouldnt do 5x5 for all your lifts, mainly just the major compound ones.
