I've been back into the swing of things since the last week of May '06. Here's my first entry.

Chest

135 x 5 (still making sure I have form before I go any heavier.)

Rest day today.

Hamstrings are still sore from last week. I'm wondering if I should even bother doing legs tomorrow.

Form seems great. Next time I'll put some more weight on.

Also practiced alot of shoulder warm-ups and stretches that someone posted.

on squats are you checkin for form again? that 60 x 12 would make me assume you could go higher. But it is smart to check form.

Btw whats with the stats, goals and even pics?
