Well lately I've been going to the gym and working out by doing bench press, curls, and some ab work. I finally decided to come up with a routine and I'm starting that next week. I'm also currently trying to bulk up, right now I'm stuffed because the second I get hungry, I eat.

About me:

Age: 17
Height: 6ft
Weight: 156lbs
Classes: One semester of both Beginner and Intermediate weight training.

And finally, the starting pics:






In three months time if there is any visual improvement(there better be!) I'll post before and after pictures in the same poses.

If you're trying to bulk then yes, you should be eating everything you can, just make sure it is the right sort of stuff, second what kind of workout are u using, and last of all, include some leg shots...

I'm using this routine that I came up with, with a few minors changes since that post(See link below). I would have included leg shots but I recently got in a fight with my ex and to release some anger I kinda.... cut... myself. And my mom was taking the pictures.. so you know how that goes. Don't worry though, I almost never do that.

The routine may not be great but it's a routine, which will be 8x better than what I was doing before.

You should be eating before you get hungry, nt when you get hungry. Try eating every 2-3 hours.

Now when you say eat.. do you mean meals or something like an apple or two or some bananas? Or maybe even friend rice with veggies, fish, pork, chicken, and shrimp... wouldnt mind having that every few hours....

well it depends if you want a clean bulk then you have to watch what you eat. If you really dont care then you can eat whatever you want just eat every 2-3 hours as much as your can. Not to the point that you feel sick though just to the point where your stuffed.

a good place to start and an awesome attitude about taking advice! bulk, ur choice, dirty or clean. either way, eat as much as possible until u start gaining weight, and then decide whether u want to clean it up or just pack in on. gl with it man.

Here is your best weight gain supplement:
700ml of milk, 2 scoops whey protein, 100g of oats, 4 tablespoons peanut butter

Use this site www.exrx.com look up any exercises you don't understand

Use www.fitday.com to monitor how much you're eating.

your current routine is fine, u'll grow. once u feel like making a change switch it up to wbb1 or bgb. good luck.
