Well since I was intoduced to the evils of OJ on a cut, I've been stuck, because I've been drinking OJ with breakfest for years. Well I found a alternative even though its not the same. So I've been drinking this instead.

8oz Water.
Crystal Light Orange flavor.
1/4 Cup Powder Egg Whites.

Translation = 105 Cal, 4 Carbs, 22 Protein.
Regular OJ 8 0z = 110 Cal 27 Carbs 3 Protein ( I forget the actual portein ).

Almost the same Calories but the carbs are almost gone, tons of protein, and you also cut out the 22 grams of sugar from the OJ.

If you ask it taste's kind of like tang, but lighter.

Anybody have any other moarning OJ or juice alternatives??

water + splenda + lemon juice is always good

or you could simply dilute your OJ with water and splenda. Still get some sugar from the OJ, but not nearly as much

The days that I work out ( 4 days a week ) I also add a banana in as well. The other 3 days I dont, as a way of cutting carbs on my off days.
