Bench:100 kilos//220 pounds
Squat:180 kilos//396
Deadlift:180 kilos x 4//396 pounds

Hi my name is Tristen but every1 calls me Triddy. I started working out around 6 months ago weighing in at an approximate 135 kilos//297 pounds hopeing to get my bodyweight down between 90-110 kilos//198-242 pounds i started the year doing a strength training routine but have learnt alot over the past 6 months to write up my own routine, learning new things every day.

Todays Routine
Legs
ATF Squats 3x10 105kilos//231 pounds ( almost threw up after 10th rep on 3rd set )
Quat Extensions 4x10 with a mate putting extra weight on it ( machine :mad: )
Leg Curls 4x8 ( machine again :mad: so cant tell the amount of kilos and pounds )
Calf Raises 4x12 3x110 kilos//242 pounds 1x190 kilos//418 pounds

I felt really good about my routine today except i missd one set of squats :( upset about that.

Do you use a spotter for your db benching man?
cuz 20kg sounds pretty light for db's compared to your 80kg bench pressin. But i do have to admit. Db benching is so damn harder than BB benching.

no i dont use a spotter thats y they are so light i was thinking of going up to 30 kilos//66 pounds but not quite sure. but still 20 kilos//44 pounds start 2 get a little bit heavyer on the 4th set, it all depends how much rest time i give myself.

Hammer Curls 4x12 20 kilos//44 pounds
Barbell Curls 4x8 30 kilos//66 pounds
Skull Crushers 4x8 25 kilos//55 pounds

didnt do my Tri pull downs but felt really good afterwoulds because tried something new flat floor bench so you only extend your amrs down parallel so it is continuesly useing your tri's all the time so the constant burn stays there.

ok well ill post these pics soon take them today and c how im feeling later on

Nice workout man.
I would of thought it better to include maybe another muscle area target on your bi/tri day. maybe shoulders or chest?

yer i would include another muscle but skool i only get 1 hour to train which i like 2 talk 2 a few mates for a few mins and i help people out with there form aswell so it takes a while

Oh right. well thats fair enough then ;) Just make sure your bi's and tri's are toast when uve finished ;)
toasted so much that u cant even write in the next lesson ;)

yer thats the way to go especialy when i do 4 sets of tri push downs with drop sets aswell that burns like there is no 2morrow haha the feeling is good

i hate haveing a nice workout and not knowing what the weight is that you are doing.

and on your rowing. Is it a peg kind of machine? so u put a peg in the weight you want? cuz 15 pegs down (if its a 5kg incrememnt machine) would be 5 x 15 = 75kg (165lbs)

yes u may haha it went for 5 hours not straight training tho i was superviseing alot of the young ones in grade 10 who were on orientation :P

Strong benching today man, your max will be about 110Kg right now if not more, you are flying the weight, YEAH BUDDY!

it was a great workout but the only thing that let it down was my phone going off and me not remembering the weight.
Benn if u know what we were doing that would b good so i can edit this thx

thx mate the only problem is that i have asked and they said they will find out but still havent gotten back 2 me so im not 2 inpressed with them. never have been especialy Vince hes a f*** head haha
