I've switched over to a new routine, to gain some bulk. So I did some research on diet, and came up with a rather decent diet I feel. Current weight is currently 160. Any suggestions and comments welcome!

Breakfast 9:00am - Bowl of Cheerios , Bannana, Yogart. Or Whey protien, if bannana or yogart aren't there.

Brunch 11am-1pm: Whey protien shake. (Pre-Work out)

Lunch 1pm- 3pm : Will range from, two eggs, or tuna sandwhich, followed with a whey protien shake. (post Work out)

Mid Evening - Bannana with a yogart.

Dinner - Red Meat/Fish/White meat/Veggies of some sort.

Bed- Whey protien shake

From tracking a week so far with fitday.

Totals cals 1474 carb 47 fat 151 protien 105

Should I be worried about more calorie intake? Or will this be good for some bulking?

1500 calories for a bulk is perfectly reasonable if you're a 95 lb female.

What would be a good way to toss some calories on to that diet then?

First up... did you gain weight this week on that 1500?

A good way to throw on some extra calories is a half-cup of peanuts. It's an easy 400 calories of healthy fats with the added perk of some protein thrown in.

I gained maybe 5 or 6 lbs, But I also increased my water intake this week. So that very well could be alot of water weight.

Are you using milk for the shakes? I don't see how your only getting 105g of protein taking in 4 shakes+tuna+eggs+meat. 4 shakes alone should be 100+g or protein if its just whey/water. Any decent piece of red meat is going to be 300+ cals. A tuna sandwhich should be 400+ cals. Can you post your fitday link?

Yeah I'm using milk in the shakes. Let me get the link real quick, i'm still not too used to fitday. So some of the calculation may be off still.
