I've switched over to a new routine, to gain some bulk. So I did some research on diet, and came up with a rather decent diet I feel. Current weight is currently 160. Any suggestions and comments welcome!
Breakfast 9:00am - Bowl of Cheerios , Bannana, Yogart. Or Whey protien, if bannana or yogart aren't there.
Brunch 11am-1pm: Whey protien shake. (Pre-Work out)
Lunch 1pm- 3pm : Will range from, two eggs, or tuna sandwhich, followed with a whey protien shake. (post Work out)
Mid Evening - Bannana with a yogart.
Dinner - Red Meat/Fish/White meat/Veggies of some sort.
Bed- Whey protien shake
From tracking a week so far with fitday.
Totals cals 1474 carb 47 fat 151 protien 105
Should I be worried about more calorie intake? Or will this be good for some bulking?
