Hi All,
I'm trying to lose some fat and am eating properly (fitday ((http://fitday.com/WebFit/PublicJournals.html?Owner=ScroogeSF)))

I'm doing WBB and bulked for around 5 weeks (went from 158 to 164, eating around 3000 cals/day). Right now...I'm trying to cut and I've been eating 2400-2500 on lifting days, and 2000 on non-lifting days. It hasn't made a dent in my weight! I'm still 164...and I started in the second week of June!

Any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong? I'd appreciate it.

Lower your calories by 100-200 and stay with it for a week or two. If you're still not losing, reduce your calories by another 100-200 calories. Once you find an intake which you are losing, stay on it until you stop losing weight. You don't want to lose too fast, though, so try to keep the weight loss around 1-1.25 pounds a week (4-5 pounds a month). If you're losing weight too fast, up your calories a little.

I get around 200-240g of protein...can I lower that a bit for the 100 calories? I don't think I can cut carbs any lower than I already have.

As long as your hitting atleast 1g/lb of LBM of Protein.

I get around 80grams/day, mostly from peanut butter and cashews. I'll cut my protein intake to 180g/day. I'm 165 now, but I doubt my body fat is any lower than 20%...so even 180 would be around 1.5*LBM.
