Hi All,
I'm trying to lose some fat and am eating properly (fitday ((http://fitday.com/WebFit/PublicJournals.html?Owner=ScroogeSF)))
I'm doing WBB and bulked for around 5 weeks (went from 158 to 164, eating around 3000 cals/day). Right now...I'm trying to cut and I've been eating 2400-2500 on lifting days, and 2000 on non-lifting days. It hasn't made a dent in my weight! I'm still 164...and I started in the second week of June!
Any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong? I'd appreciate it.
