UD2.0 book ?

I keep hearing about UD2.0 and did a google search and went to www.amazon.com and cant seem to find any place to purchase the book. Anyone know where I can buy a copy as I keep hearing about this.

First off great book!

Second, hows your current diet? Do you track every single calorie you eat? If your diet isn't in check UD2 wont do much for you.

This cannot be emphasized enough.

If you are not experienced or not able to track everything (and I mean everything), this diet won't work for you.
