in terms of diet here is a typical meal rundown for the day:

5 am - morning meal - bowl of vector (1 cup with half cup of 1% milk), small glass of OJ

9am - apple, granola

11:30 - sandwich (lean cooked turkey, 12 grain bread, lettuce,and also a banana and water to drink

2pm - apple, orange or other fresh fruit (1 piece), another bottle of water

4pm - hit the gym, have a protien shake when i get home

6 pm - chicken and vegetable stir fry with small side of brown rice

9pm - another piece of fruit

I don't think my diet is bad, and its not the greatest, but I don't eat junk food, I rarely drink alcohol, and I work out regularly 4-5 times a week.

I am currently 16o lbs, 5'8" 29 yrs old

I am using iso xp protien, and take a multivitamin and vit C

I am not looking to get big, bulk up or anything like that, I just want to shed extra weight, show a bit of definition.

Any suggestions?

I would watch how much fruit you eat, those are heavy in sugar. Try not to eat them alone.
