I came very close to nailing it today, I know alot of you are going 'why not 315??', 308 is 3 wheels per side in the lovely Kg form. Next week I will EASILY hit it, as well as a 550+ Rack pull(On DE day).
That will be an 70lbs gain in my Squat in less than 2 1/2 months, but where do I go after I stop to gain? I'm attributing alot of the gain down to form work, so now I need to work on more raw strength and speed. Advice?
