View Full Version : I took two weeks off (too many problems) now what?

hey everyone hope all is well.

I have been on a cut since april and it has been going well so far. I take in 2700 cals on days i workout and on off days i eat 2500 cals . For the past two weeks i have had a ton of school to do and some family problems that got in the way of everything. So basically i took two weeks off from weightlifting and dieting.My diet wasnt horrible i just under ate. In these two weeks i lost like 3 lbs but its not noticable, thank god. So what should i do? Pick off where i left off or............?

oh and i also drank on the weekends, a total of 5 or 6 times. this is the first time in a year that i took off so much time from the gym and dieting.Thanks for all the help.

Well not much you can do, you said you lost 3 pounds but you are on a cut anyway so no big deal and you hardly ever notice 3 pounds even if its all fat unless you take measurments of yourself.

So simple thing to do is hop back on the horse and pick up where you left off.

thanks con and malkore, i thought i might have to calculate my maintance cals again and go from there
