hey everyone hope all is well.

I have been on a cut since april and it has been going well so far. I take in 2700 cals on days i workout and on off days i eat 2500 cals . For the past two weeks i have had a ton of school to do and some family problems that got in the way of everything. So basically i took two weeks off from weightlifting and dieting. My diet wasnt horrible i just under ate. In these two weeks i lost like 3 lbs but its not noticable, thank god. So what should i do? Pick off where i left off or............?

oh and i also drank on the weekends, a total of 5 or 6 times. this is the first time in a year that i took off so much time from the gym and dieting. Thanks for all the help.

Well not much you can do, you said you lost 3 pounds but you are on a cut anyway so no big deal and you hardly ever notice 3 pounds even if its all fat unless you take measurments of yourself.

So simple thing to do is hop back on the horse and pick up where you left off.
