i was wondering if any of u guys no a way to get the food down better for example right now i drink a little water with every bite so i could just swallow but what do u guys think:micro:

if eating a lot with solid food is giving you problems throw in a few more high calorie shakes

I like to eat high fat/protein meals every hour or so. After a couple days of such frequent meals your body starts to adjust and you will notice yourself becoming increasingly hungry.

In my opinion anyone who has trouble eating enough needs to decrease portion size and increase meal frequency.

"Just eat more" or "drink more shakes" is not a viable long term solution to most ectomorphs problems, you have to teach your body how to be hungry even when it doesnt want to be.

Peanut butter, nuts, olive oil, butter, avocado, whole milk, etc

I disagree. If you're just trying to pack on the weight (without regard to fat gain) just force it down. And don't forget to breathe!

I like to continue to eat throughout the day, and drink a lot of whole milk to help get those extra cals. Also drink a lot of water to help you with digestion.

I wish I could be eating more right now but I'm really really really broke.

I find that drinking coffee tends to make my second meal of the day go down a bunch easier. I tend to choke down a small breakfast before work, have a couple cups of coffee at work, then by like 9:30-10:00 my tummy is a rumblin'
