I get my fat source from mostly natty peanut butter, but i was wondering when is it the best for getting your fat? in the morning when you wake up, or after your workout? before you go to sleep?

what if the label says "peanuts, salt, palm oil" ...still just as bad as partially hydrogenated oils?
