So, here's my year transformation. By far, WBB has been the most supportive, cool board I've visited--so i thank you all very much for how cool you've been. i know, too much sensitive guy stuff. I said I was a geek...

Good progress. Let's see the wheels.

thanks all, here's the closest i have to a leg shot--they need some work, particularly my calves (which have grown an inch in the last 8 weeks, so maybe it's working...

here's a batch of new pics, dropped BF to lowest ever, around 13.5%, still around 170lbs--waist is down two inches(!) since last pic to 31, other stats remain around the same, 16a, 42c. Been running all summer, gotten my speed up significantly, started @ a 9 min mile, now down to 6:50, very psyched about that...and even been doing 1-armed push-ups...amaze your friends. Best of all, my 6-year old daughter wants to go as Wonder Woman for Halloween, and wants me to go as Superman. So things are good. Comments appreciated. - Mike

Back is looking awesome - I have the same problem with skinny calves. Ever consider trying Farmer's Walks?

down to 12.8% (lowest ever BF) @ same weight @ 173. I sorta feel like I'm plateauing, which is bumming me a bit. Comments--support--psychiatrist? all appreciated....Mike

what kind of bicep workout do you do, it seems to me your arms are dominating your physique.

I dont focus on my arms more than other body parts, but they're kinda short, and they just seem to grow more. they haven't gotten bigger in the last few months, but they have gotten a lot more cut as my BF has dropped, which I'm happy about. Some more weeks hitting 25 or so miles total should do the trick, am getting there. - Mike
