Hey folks.

Apples have sucrose in them, doesn't sucrose put your body into a "storing fat" mode? Would me eating peanut butter and apple be a bad move? Would time of day make a difference?

Not bulking or cutting, just looking to add a few pounds of muscle.

To add a few pounds of muscle will require an overall good diet. An apple and some peanut butter will not have a huge effect(good or bad) if the rest of your diet is in check or just sucks.

With that being said, i like to have an apple, some natty PB, and some Cottage cheese before I go to sleep, helps keep the body from going catabolic.
