ok so do the calories and carbs u get from ur fluids throughout the day count like from gatorade, energy drinks, and juice and stuff

well some say its empty carbs and not to count it and just wanted a better opinion but thats good for me because i can drink a sh*t load of beer, energy drinks, and gatorade to help me get my daily carbs and calories

There are a lot better sources than those for extra calories.

u mean food though right, it's just a huge convinience to be able to drink your carbs and calories because its hard to put down more than 5 or 6 meals a day

"Empty" refers to calories with no nutrional value (ie vitamins, minerals, etc). I would suggest drinking dense protein shakes with milk, whey, oatmeal, powdered milk, eggs, fruit, etc. Basically put healthy things in a blender and drink.
By the way, I wouldn't suggest beer as a good way to get more calories.
