View Full Version : 2 months of lifting/cardio

Here's a few pics of me after working out for 2 months 3 times a week and eating somewhat healthy foods. I went from 212 to 206. On the bench I started out at 125 and am now pushing 185 5-8 times at my peak. Are these gains good for 2 months? I wish I had some before pictures. I guess I was too embarassed to take a pic with my shirt off 2 months ago..

Pretty good, you should be lifting over your weight in no time at least in bench. If you don't have a real routine down you might wanna do that. Baby got back Is a great routine you can find a sticky on it in the bodybuilding forums.
