the first pic is of my attempt to have abs and the last is of me doin a handstand...because frankley i suck at flexing so i figured if I was actually using the muscle it would be better....maybe not.:moon:

Anybody have suggestions on what needs the most work

also If someone could take a stab at my bf% i would appriciate it

you should probably turn the lights on so we can get an accurate look at your situation, instead of trying to do crappy photoshoot pics.

mkay..

you're obviously using little light to try to get definition to show up. if you're serious about having your progress gauged then take some pics in fuller light.

He never asked for lighting suggestions. For your age you have good size. Keep training hard, and eating right and you'll be fine.

You have a good build for a 16 year old! You are nearing the prime of your test producing potential! Capitalize on it with hard work, dedication, intensity, intelligence, and lots of good dieting and sleep habits!

You are building the base for the rest of your life.

Why does everyone feel the need to inflate their weight on these sites? I know someone who is 6'2" 200 and looks twice your size. You have good size for a 16 year old but get real, no way you are 220. Not trying to flame, just calling it like it is.

genetics and bodyfat play a huge role in determining what two different people look like at similar weights. take it e z...

to the OP, looking great for your age man, legs are really impressive

What's with all the haters in here?

He looks 220.

Sometimes less fat can make one look bigger.

If you have a problem with his use of lighting, just say something in a way that is not so condescending.

Figured you were pretty tall cause you don't look that thick for being 220, at 6'3 you should shoot for around 250 of lean muscle and strength
