Right before heading to the gym, I decided I would try a 1/2 BW Turkish Getup. Footing was screwed up initially but was able to readjust and get it. Check it out: http://media.putfile.com/12-BW-Turkish-Getup

After doing the Turkish Getup, I went to the gym and worked out. The guy I had filming for me screwed up and didn't get a video of the complete rep I did at BW +90 (155lbs). I tried to do it again for the camera, but this is all I could get. Still close though: http://media.putfile.com/BW-90lbs-x-slight-miss-155lbs

Would love to hear everybody's opinions/thoughts/criticisms.

Nicely done! A little short on the chin, but I'll give it to ya!

Thanks man. Yea the chin was slightly short, but it was my second go at it. The first time I completed the rep, but the guy that was filming for me hit the wrong button and thought he was recording, when in actuality he wasn't.

^^ as long as you know you did it then no need to make excuses. the chin was mighty close. just go for it again some other time.
