I was trying to bulk for awhile but with all the heat of the summer and with my job of working outside doing lawn aeration where i walk probably a few miles a day. I cant eat enough to keep on the wieght even at 4,500 cals. So i am going to try to cut down until winter comes and my job changes over. How does this look for a cutting diet?

right now im about 168 pounds I dont know what my body fat is but i want to be completely ripped before i go on my next heavy bulk in the winter. There is a current pic attached.
