just wondering if anyone knows a sight that would have that amount of calories and protien on leg of chicken would have and stuff like that

Another good one is www.calorieking.com
There are some items that fitday doesn't have that are on calorie king. Also CK has nutrition info. for a lot of restaurants, which can save some time when you eat out.
