I can clean 100 pounds, but the most I can jerk is 65.
What should I do to decrease the gap between my jerk and my clean?

Do more overhead lifts jerks, push presses, military presses. The more you have the bar over your head the better

Do more strict presses and jerks. You usually will almost always be cleaning more than you can press though unless you specialize more in pressing than cleaning.

Disparity between the clean and the jerk is usually technique. Keep practicing. Find someone who fully understands what a proper jerk looks like and have them watch and critique your technique.

Still, even if you have bad technique you can use brute strength to muscle up a jerk. If you have good technique but are weak though, no amount of technique work will get you stronger.
