View Full Version : Been lifting about 6 months now...

I've been going to the gym about 6 months now. I still weigh about the same but I am quite a bit stronger. I just dropped down to a 5 X 5 workout to try and work on strength more. I'm around 6'2 175. My goal is to be a shredded 200. And about 20 of those lbs need to go on my wheels.

You have a good base, but you definitely need to eat more if you have been lifting for 6 months without any weight gain (and you want to be a shredded 200).

thats how i wanna look like Chronic maybe 15 20 pounds more
