****! it seems i have a couple good workouts then a couple bad ones and i never seem to gain on them anymore or be consistently good on them lately.
ive done 205 pounds before for 1 rep but now i can only do 200 for 1 and usually 195 for 2 on good workout but usually 5-10 pounds less in bad workouts. on every other exercise i feel fine that day when i do bad on cleans, it just seems i dont have it in me on every workout when i do hang cleans.
its like a couple good workouts with them, then a couple bad, i havent gained weight on this exercise in a while. im really lost on this guys and i hate this **** because i love this exercise.
