Just wondering how my pre-workout, post-workout, and most eaten sandwich are looking....

I work out in the morning so pre workout is my breakfast too...

Pre Workout (30 minutes before)-

-Whey Shake blended with ice, cottage cheese, and fruit (bananas, strawberry, blueberry)
-Creatine mono mixed with gatorade powder (1 tsp to 1 tsp) in water

post-workout (right after)

-Whey shake (just water and powder)
-Creatine mono mixed with gatorade powder (1 tsp to 1 tsp) in water
______________________________________________________

and then my most favorite thing to eat....

tuna sandwich-

1 can of albacore tuna
Whole Wheat Toasted Bread
1 tbsp of mayo (is there anything healthy to replace mayo?)
spice (tony chacharas cajun or something)

so how does it look?
