It's late and I still can't sleep. so I'm posting what I've done so far on my program, then i'll keep it updated each workout day. This is only a lifting journal btw.

Monday 03/05
squats - 200 X 8,6,6
leg press - 180 X 14,14
straight legged deadlifts - 155 x 10, 8

Wednesday 03/07
bench press - 155 X 6,5 150 X 5
clean and jerk - 105 X 2,2,2,2,2

Friday 03/09
deadlift - 190 X 7,6,6
bent rows - 95 X 12,8
pulldowns - 100 X 12,8

My goal is to add 5 lbs a week to squats/bench/dls
The accessory stuff will come more slowly.

dp shoulder presses - 35's x 7, 5, 4 (hurt my knee so no clean and jerks)
one arm pushdowns - 60 x 5
two arm pushdowns - 100 x 9

I seriously hate bench day. My shoulders are weak and my bench is weak.

I'm just curious. How come you can squat more than you can leg press?

To tell ya the truth avatar I don't know. I always do leg presses after squats, and it's only an accessory lift. I really don't like them, but there's no leg extension.
It's a horizontal leg press and it's a machine one, not freeweight. (uses cables)

I'll post these weeks lifts tonight, at school, gotta go.
