Try a real pose, instead of the arms-crossed-pushing-out-biceps-with-fists crap.

Looks to me like all you need to work on is :burger: .

yeah, you need to eat brotha! Are you tracking your macros? Do you use FitDay? Get a routine, get a diet, and get fitday. Those three things will make your lifts increase quite a bit. Creatine and protein helps too. Also vitamins and rest. I think you get the picture though.

from the looks of the pic it seems your chest is really the only thing lacking, so dont worry about arms they are fine and they get big way faster than chest as you can see :) ohh yea and eat more

I would like to see the 345 squat. Maybe it's a 345 leg press, because when I started a long long time ago I mistyped it.

Cuz, you gotta tight frame with low fat. You're going to have so much fun packing mass on it. Eat everything, and lift.

yeah..a 15 year old SQUATTING more than double his bw is pretty amazing..are you sure its proper form...or true for that matter??

My guess is that it's a 3 inch ROM. I see it all the time at the gym.

I mean, your body is good for your age but if your legs are proportionate with your upper body, there's no way you can squat to parallel with 345 lbs.

sharkall2003

I can just now reps of ATF squats at 225 lbs and I have been squatting correctly for a month or so.

McVein
07-25-2006, 02:12 PM
i dont bother with high weight squats.....perfect form and 12 reps is good enough for me

fixationdarknes
07-25-2006, 02:28 PM
Not to sound skeptical or anything.....

but I'd pay you money if you could really squat 345. Not that it's impossible, but most people do quarter squats with big numbers and call it their "squat max"

How about we let him respond before we discuss this in a derrogatory (did I spell that right?) manner any further.

fixationdarknes

Well, I no longer trust anyone's squat (or even bench for that matter) due to people constantly doing quarter squats/benches or plain lying. So, thank the e-community for that, not me. The exception comes when I either have a video to confirm the lift actually being legititamately completed, or if I have known the person and already trust that he/she does legitimate lifts and/or doesn't lie.

So, I don't view my beliefs as really that derrogatory. Merely a pre-set mind that he/she cannot actually complete the lifts posted.

Your leg pic is broked but otherwise you look well developed for a 15yo. Arms and shoulders look good. Chest needs work. My main comment is the same as most people's- EAT!
