Okay so it seems recently (for a little bit now) that people are saying that you don't need Flax Oil, just to supplement with 10g of Fish Oil a day.

I just had a quick question if the pills I have were okay, or if I should just get straight up Fish Oil...I still have like 200+ of these left, but if it's going to hurt me more than help I'd rather get different ones.

Breakdown: 1 pill = 1200mg

800mg Fish Oil
50mg Borage Seed Oil
150mg Flaxseed Oil
200mg Safflower Oil

(also...Borage Seed/Safflower Oil...?)

i say use em up, then next time, only get straight fish oil.

plant sources of omega 3 will contain alpha linoleic acid, and the verdict is still up in the air on whether too much ALA increases a man's risk of prostate cancer. some research says yes, some says no.

Plus the conversion rate to EPA/DHA is enzyme dependent, and sucks.
