Well it's been about, 4 weeks start of week 5. I took about 2 weeks of getting my fitday sample, done to adjust my diet. And in that time I did a rather extensive amount of research on a lifting routine. BUT, my shoulder dislocation, has really left my left arm really.... little :(

I've been focusing on doing more reps with the left arm when I do bicipes/tris so it'll catch up, but i've noticed my right side is taking off, and getting alot bigger. And i'm curious to if any one can give me a few ideas here.

Here is a few pictures, for comparison.

And if you help me out, I'll give you a great big hug with these lanky monkey arms!

Thanks, and any comments and that jazz are welcome.... Besides where my pants are being worn. (6'5 170 isn't easy to fit into sizes!)

Yeah I am.. Let me dig up my fitday, but i'm eatting around 3,500 calories on work out days, 3,000 on non days. Which was huge improvment of my 1,500 I was eating in my 2 week samples.

Monday Push Wens Legs/Abs Friday Pull is pretty much how it breaks down.

There's not really much to say. Just keep at it, it can be a long process. Just to give you a little encouragement though, since I'm also 6'5":

May 2005 I was 170 lbs. From May-December I got up to 197 lbs at my peak (and I would say I didn't really learn how to train properly until mid-July or August). I injured myself and didn't work out until May 1 of this year (that's 5 months off), and fell to 188-189 lbs. I spent that time learning more about dieting and REAL eating.

As of today I'm 221 lbs, with negligible gains in body fat %. It's all about training hard, eating like it's your job, and not giving in to frustration.

Some might not agree with me, but I would say you need to eat even more than what you're doing now. I started off eating 4000 calories a day and I'm now getting over 5000. I wouldn't say you need to get 5000 right now, but I don't see the harm in going for 4000 (even on off days). You're skinny enough at the moment, that you really don't need to worry about possible fat gains, in my opinion.

good advice in here. just keep plugging away, man. looks like your split is good, but i agree that you might need to increase your cals. track yourself on fitday and if you're not gaining weight every week or two bump them up by another 500 until you start gaining consistently.

I agree with Tofer, you could be huge man. I'm 5'11" around 175, and I was eating about 6000 a day when I was training. You gotta eat. Eat like crazy my man, you'll have to starting increasing gradually, but eat alot of protein. Eggs and tuna. I also like some PB&J sandwiches... LoL. Although they aren't necessarily the #1 thing you could eat they have some decent nutrients.
