Alright, to keep me motivated I am posting pictures of my beer belly. Enjoy!

Ahhh, at 17 came down from 250LBS (pure fat) to about 175 but was still pudgy. Went to college started drinking and gained 15 lbs. I am now trying to lose it and gain some muscle. I am 5'7" 190lbs and I have no clue of my bfp.

body fat is about 23-25%. You should get yourself on a good lifting routine and a good strict diet, you will probley lose fat like mad and also gain muscle and strength from newbie gains, check out the wanna be big routines on www.wannabebig.com and check the diet forum for ideas there.

totally correct. you should be able to make some serious progress. check out that link, the wbb routines, and the diet section. good luck, man.
