Here I am after 1 year and half of working out.

I gained around 35 pounds in total.

I went from 172 to around 206 lbs. I'm 6 foot 4.

sorry for some of the poor picture quality in advance.

The really grainy pics were taken with my sister's piece of crap webcam. When my parents return the digital cam after their trip, I'll make sure to capture better pics.

In what area(s) should I work on.

I know my skin needs some major tanning, especially my legs.

does the camera have a self timer...kinda hard to tell from those angles/shots

from what I can see I'd say work on your traps and legs a little more

what current routine are you using?

Thank you. I was really laid-back concerning leg workout when I first started working out. Currently, I'm focussing more on the legs than anything else.

Lookin good, shoulders look like they could use a little more. Then just add some more meat overall and you will be lookin great. You have a good core to add to, keep it up.

Doesn't look too bad. I agree. I think just getting some more all around meat would be the first priority.

I wish I was as lean as you though :(

Good luck.

I'd say shoulders need the most work. You've got nice pec definition, though. Nothing is lagging too horribly. Just gain overall size and perhaps toraget shoulders a bit more (overhead lifts!).

eat a sandwich
that was an unnecessary comment. Am I really that skinny?! Last time I checked my weight, I was 2 pounds over the ideal weight for my height. That picture was taken after a 2 hour basketball session, and on an empty stomach, so I usually look a little thicker. Some constructive criticism would be very appreciated. Don't get me wrong, I'm still bulking, therefore I'm trying to eat as many of those sandwiches as possible.
