Fitday Spaghetti Sauce

well i know fitday has the numbers for that if you search for "spaghetti w/ meat sauce". Probably way off, tho. I would measure how much sauce/meat/noodles you use and add it together. Then add it in to fitday as custom.

It would probably be better to measure it out yourself because FitDay can be quite wrong with things like that.

my mom didnt want to figure out the whole recipe and she didnt know the measurements.... so i just used fitday... close enough...

I just custom make all my stuff...it's much easier

currently I'm eating Bertolli's brand sauce...pretty good and healthy
