What is the generasl reccommendation for carb intake when one is trying to bulk? Is it generally 2.5g. per lb. ? I can't seem to remember, thanks for the help.

at least 1.5 g/lb LBM protein
at least 0.5g/lb LBM healthy fats
carbs...as little or as many as you want to fill the rest of your needs
I'm currently at about 350g of carbs on a 4000 cal a day diet

4000 calories, wow. I only weigh 150 and I'm shooting for around 3000, so I'm guessing the 318g. carbs I took in today should be sufficient. :)

haha yeah, 318g is good
I read a lot that says when bulking carbs should be higher than protein, however some articles I read say protein should be higher. Some would say at least 2-2.5g. per lb. of carbs per day and 1.5g. protein, and some say the other way around. Which do you think is best?

like I said, as long as you're meeting the minimum requirements for fats and protein everything after that can be whatever makes you feel comfortable
as long as I meet my minimum needs (240g protein, 80g fat) I'll eat whatever else I want to meet the 4000 cals

I guess that's true, cause in the long run its all about the calories! :)
