K guys, i need some help. I cant put myself to keep constantly eating over and over even when im full, like i have no desire to eat. And i cant put myself to make meals etc. I really want to bulk but i just cant do it :( any motivation? Thanks guys :hello:

Your only motivation should be that if you don't do what you need too you won't get what you want.
Desire is what you need not motivation.

Yeah, it's tough. I have the same problem.

If you can't eat more during meals, just make sure to eat in between meals (protein shake, banana, etc.). And take advantage of anytime you are hungry.

Your not alone. Tonnes of people cant eat enough. Just give yourself a reason to. Convince your mind that you have to eat to grow. Make foods you like more often. Drink high calorie shakes etc.

How many meals a day are you eating? You have to eat not only more, but more OFTEN. It's much easier to eat a lot of food in 6 meals than it is to eat the same amount in 3, obviously.

Peanut butter is a great weightgainer as it is very calorie-dense. Worked for me.

Whole milk is good too...drink LOTS.

(assuming you're not lactose intolerant)
