Alright so my maintenance calories is about 2300. This is what I was eating the first week of my bulk and I gained no weight. I upped it to about 2500 (2400 on non-workout days, 2600 on workout days), and in one week I've gone from 167 - 170. That has to be water weight right? Does water weight make you appear to have more fat on you b/c I swear I can pinch just a tiny bit extra (which in my mind makes me look enormously fat)? Thx!
