Hey sup all....havnt posted ina bit on here..anyway ive been doing alot of cardio and light weights now with high reps...about down to 160 now...heres a few pics......cya

Hey ty..yea ima try to bulk again around winter but i wanna do it right this time so i dont get so damn flabby...

Umm i guees just to switch it up and try somthing new for a bit,then switch back..back an fourth...

Not really any need to do that.

It will be more effective to stick with high weight/low rep, if maximum muscularity is your goal.

Looking lean, six pack is really starting to come through. I agree with Slim, keep lifting heavy to hold onto your LBM while you cut.
