I've run into a dillema, I'm getting too chubby from bulking, and I'm wondering if I should start cutting already. I previously estimated that I would stop bulking around december. Don't know if you should continue bulking or cutting, but I can say that your arms and chest got bigger.

def bigger bigger than before.. I don't know if you've seen my pics, we're the same hieght but you got 10lbs on me.. you also seem to have more bf% so i say cut down to 10% too see what you've been working on for months :) It should motivate you on your next bulk :strong: thats the way i see it anyway. I can't stand looking at chub in the mirror.. whatever you decide on doing good luck :)

I think my inner chest is lacking alot, I was reading that doing cable cross would help me out. Also any suggestions what muscle group i should give more attention too?


Also should i continue taking my Creatine ethyl? What are some good suppliments that i could use to help me cut?

Close grip bench helps with inner chest. Id say legs aare a little bit behind but mostly you look pretty preportional. Creatine Mono is good enough. Maybe pick up a thermogenic if your planning on going on a big cut. hydroxicut, xenadrine maybe.

Looks like some gyneclamastia goin on, your chest literally mirrors mine but lets get another opinion.

Cut to 6%. Then bulk to 12-14%. Just for health and vanity reasons alone. That way you always look at least decent.


You need a lot of shoulder work by the way. Overall good size though.

No it's not gyno. It's bodyfat + properly developed chest underneath so it pulls it up.

Well i just started the cut this morning!

Meal one - 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 bowl of oatmeal glass of Carrot juice


Meal two - Steak bowl, some veggies rice , about 700 cals


meal three - PROTEIN SHAKE! loll


meal four - something small , probably chicken breasts and some avocados?

I have some body fat in my chest area, but I've very, very skinny. I'm currently bulking, however, my constant fear of getting more fat in my chest is preventing me from going all out with the bulk in my subconscious. I've mentioned this already on this board, but never got any answer to ease my worries. I obviously can't cut being so skinny.

Where do you buy a tool to find your bodyfat? Walmart?

Your bodyfat is hovering around the 20% mark. I'm glad you are realizing that your bulking is out of control. I would cut until your bodyfat is in a healthy range then slowly gain size and weight without gaining excessive bodyfat. Good luck, by the way you have great quads

Gabrielle, 20 %? that seems weird my cousin has one of the do it yourself kinda of tool he used on me , it ranked me at around 15%

NOthing will help with the "inner chest". The shape of your chest is all genetics..... You can work your whole chest though. And anyways closegrip will use more tris then chest.

Looking big. I would say it's time to cut. Keep lifting heavy, cut cals by 15%, carb up around your workouts. You are at LEAST 15%bf, but I would say upwards of 20%(low 20's). I would cut until you get single digit bf, best way to see what bodyparts are looking great and which ones are lagging. Good luck.

alright cool, thanks alot any suggestions on what suppliments i should use? i've got some thermorexin it's almost finished though , have you guys heard of lipo 6?

Can anyone answer these questions for me? I don't see the sense of starting a whole new thread when my questions are regarding the photos in this one.
