spray pan, mix 6 egg whites ( or whatever your protein intake requires) 1/4 to 1/2 cup smooshed fresh blueberries, 1/4 to 1/2 cup oatmeal. cook until brown and flip. I top mine with a few tbsp of coolwhip lite.:drooling: well.....maybe not quite that good but good on a cut!!

hmmm with tomm being my leg day and I have the morning off, I think ill try your recipe before my workout. Ill let ya know how it all goes.

thanks for the recipe, they are so easy to make and good to. Its tastes more like french toast than pancakes though.

Another good idea for protein panackes is to take out the blueberries, add baking soda to make the pancakes more fluffy. Then to make a nice topping for the pancakes, slice up some strawberries and put some splenda on them and stick them in the fridge for about 10-20 mintues and they will be very tasty and use them to top off your pancakes. AFter the splenda gets in the strawberries heating them up for a bit might taste good too.

my favorite food ever, period!

What I try to do whenever i have them is to just blend up as many fruits as i can like strawberries, raspberries, red berries etc into a nice paste..:thumbup:
