View Full Version : My Diet and its progress so far, what you think?

Hey all,

Basicly I am sticking to a lower carb diet. I have over 50 lbs of fat to loose, so i figured this would be the best route.

Example Day:

8AM - Protein Shake - 40g
10AM - Eggs - usually 3 egg whites on 1 slice of whole weat
1PM - Lunch - Chicken / Salad / etc...
5PM - Protein Shake - 40g - Creatine 5g
6:30 - Gym for lifting and 20-30 min cardio
7:30- Post workout Protein 20g
8PM - Dinner - Usually chicken / steak / fish w/small salad
11pm - Protein shake 20g - Sleep time

Taking L-Carnitine, Ephedra, green tea, fish oils, and multivits

Starting Weight was 283 on July 17th
Current Weight as of today July 28th is 271

I go to the Gym 4 days on 1 day off then repete.

Lifting 3 Sets 8-10 reps , roughly 12 sets per body part on the 4 day cycle.

I hope the weight keeps coming off.

What do you guys think?

I forgot the mention i estimate my calories @ about 2300-2500
