You can do upperbody lifts explosivly which might help you for example barbell rows

Exploding the weight up when you pull it

yes, when pushing or pulling just do it fast...and do the negative portion of the lift slowly ex. bench: slowly lower to your chest, "explode"/push fast up

cool thanks guys
And just remember, any type of throwing motion is Plyometric... throwing a football, baseball or a medicine ball..
Throwing medicine balls against the wall are good.. if your gym allow it...
I like throwing a 8kg/18 lb medicine ball overhead while lying on a balance ball.. so you are throwing up to the sky... and then catching it, either with your arms stretched or in your chest/gut..
And have you ever seen those kip up pullups... those are explosive for the back/arms..

kipping pullups, used by crossfit. it is a explosive movement that is easier then the regular dead hang pullup but also more tiring

yeah medicine ball exercises are great also clap push ups. or using a real light weight and throwing it up but i wouldn't recommmentd doing this. The technology will soon be there were they have the bench throw but not yet.

You'll have to figure out how to do a kipping push-up on your own. I don't know what those are.
