Contest in the morning guys, this one is just for fun. No pressure, nothing to worry about. I'm opening at 840 and going from there hopefully!!! I am down 22 pounds since the meet 2 weeks ago. BIG PROPS TO THERMOCIN!!!! But I am still feeling bery strong and should be good to go!!!! I'll post my results when I get home it is down by Cincy so I got a good drive in the morning.

Good luck in the contest, and congrats on the weight loss. I was going to comment in the other thread about the high weight but it's great to see you bringing the weight down.

I bombed with 840 3 times. First one to the face second one to the gut, third one was up and locked out on the right but could not lock the left, it was only about a half inch from lockout.

wow, 22 lbs in 2 weeks.. what does your diet look like? just curious.

To save him the trouble ill post what he told me in my myspace when i asked him ;D

The diet right now is pretty simple
Meal 1: Oatmeal for breakfast with a large OJ and 50 grams of Protein
Meal 2: Meat and small carbs
Meal 3: Meat and unsalted peanuts or Cashews
and another 50 grams of Protein
Meal 4: 50 grams of Protein
Meal 5: All meat, Steak or Chicken
Meal 6: 50 grams of Protein

I use all At Large Nutrition products, and get around 400 grams a day of protein.
