Here are some pics from over the past couple of months. I'll put them in order and try to date them as accurately as I can. I'm almost 19, on my first cut, and my sig has height, weight, and body fat changes from over the summer. Last date is a month ago, so I'm not sure where I am right now. According to my bathroom scale, I should be down to the 138, or very near it. Any critiques are welcome and appreciated, but please please please don't be too hard on me.

A little bit of both, I guess. I don't want to be to the point where I can compete in competitions, but I want to be stronger and more defined, and that kind of goes hand in hand with losing a little bit of pudge, don't you think?

I think to an extent it looks good. I think girls look better with a little definition and some muscle. I think guys look good with abs and slightly bulging muscles, but there are people who really really over do it.

good luck my girl is your height and around 140. She is aiming for 5 lbs at a time. I think ultimately she would like to be 120 maybe, it all depends on how she feels her figure looks at that weight. You have a good physique, good luck with your goals.

Most definitly an improvement. Don't take this the wrong way because I'm not sure what your going for but, you are very physically appealing to me. And I judge pretty harshly when it comes to a ladies body.

What I'm trying to say is: Keep up the good work. And keep us updated on your progress.

Glad to see more women posting on the forum.

Good progress. Read the stickies and please don't make a thread about cardio for fat burning on this forum.

You only need to get down to about 14-15% to look very defined so not a long ways to go. At that point you ear the status of an "Iron Maiden" (I just completely made that up but yeah.......)

You're in good shape, but I see where you want definition and a bit of muscle gain. Great starting point to add to!! Eat clean.....It's key and keep on lifting!!

Makes sense to me too. You look like you've got a good base to start from.

I'm definitely going to clean my diet up a lot when I get down to school and am in charge of food shopping. Kind of hard living with my parents...

Don't know if you've realized it already but part of your long term goal of looking like the avatar has been accomplished. Anyone else agree that her stomach looks just as good as the avatar, if not better? I think better.

Yeah, I've been busy. My baby came down to visit me, so I haven't been online much.

Thanks for all the positive feedback. I'm nowhere near done. There's a lot left I want to accomplish. I'll probably post a few more pics in a month or so, when I've been able to really push myself and eat cleaner, get in more gym time, that sort of thing.

I havent read many of the posts in the thread but i'd stay at what you are now. Very good right now, and a noticable improvement from the first picture. Your looking very sexy if you dont mind me saying.

It's hard to tell definately tell from your pictures, because they have "the angles" thing working, but you look pretty good IMO, or at least from the 2nd pick (which is what I'm going off of).

But yeah, good work and best of luck reaching all your goals.

I have all my fitday stuff in my journal, and I don't drink that often. Once every week or so. And not too much. And only if I can fit it in my cals for that day. That day wound up being:
Total Cals: 2075
Fat: 69g, 619 cal, 30%
Carbs: 183g, 700 cal, 34%
Protein: 113g, 451 cal, 22%
Alcohol: 38g, 271 cal, 13%

That's okay every once in a blue moon as long as everything stays about where it it should be, right? Fat about .5g per pound of LBM, protein at least 1g per pound of LBM or total body weight, carbs to fill in to get enough cals...

I would keep the Coors Light through football season. I mean how else can you stomach watching Ole Miss football? After that you can just cut it a bit.

We don't suck that much. I think we're estimated at only four definite losses. That's more than we won last year though...

Oh nothing wrong with having beer.

You guys are def. going to lose at Alabama, LSU, Auburn, Georgia, Arkansas and probably Missouri as well and possibly Memphis. Still if you just lose the first five you should get to a bowl at 6-5.

It is an old thread... I just pulled it back up. If I could run in those things... I just learned how to walk in heels that high about a year ago. Some girl I am.
