I just finished my workout.

I just full-squatted (ass to grass/ass to ground) 205 lbs. This is a PR for me. I'm really pleased as I've gotten down on squats because I didn't feel I was making much progress. So I pushed myself today and did 205.

Pussy weight for many here, but I am quite happy. :moon: :clap:

Congratulations!!! No weight is "pussy weight" if you have set yourself a goal and surpassed it. Your only competition is yourself.

Don't kid yourself

205lbs is a nice amount of weight, especially for someone weighing 148lbs!

Thanks for the confidence guys. Now I gotta try to blast through my bench plateau once I go back into a bulk.
