Someone asked in my previous picture thread for a pic of the whole Wolfe Pak. Well here you go, My wife Chasity, my boy Damon who is 10, my daughter Caitlin who is 7, and myself. We were at the local Celina Lakefest last night for the parade. Kind of a good ending to a crappy day of lifting, the fest brings in a ton of people from all over the US. The best event that I missed for the first time in a few yrs yesterday was the Cardboard Box and Ducktape boat race. These guys construct boats out of nothing more then cardboard and ducktape and then race them about 100 feet across the boatlanding area. Some sink immediately others could float for days. Funny stuff though.

And everyone remember this young buck!!!! His name is Kevin Argabright he started benching with me about 4 months ago and was doing 550 in a shirt. After 2 months of my help and 2 months of help from Lou and George he just hit 725. How is that for improvement, 22 yrs old and gung ho to take over the bench world!!!! He is like the little brother I never had and only lives like 20 miles from me so we can hangout all the time. And that is his fiancee' Felicia, she will kick my butt if I forget her name again :) Sorry Dear!!!!

Nice family. I can definitley see the resemblance. How's your son's or daughter's bench? Wife?

The kid--adult male I should say--(Kevin) looks a lot like you too. Hah hah.

Awesome pictures.

My boy can do 55 lbs for sets of 10 no problem. He ahs a weightset from Walmart and a bench and 55 lbs is all we got in weight. I only let him train occasionally once he is 12 he will be in full bore with me.

just out of curiosity, when you start training your son, what will you be teaching him?

like will you be doing an all around strength program or strictly bench press?

either way, hes got big shoes to fill in the powerlifting world :).
