Pre workout - I'm starting to make these again.

coffee left over from this morning put in the blender and mixed with lots of ice, splenda to desired taste and a bit of skim milk or a non dairy creamer ( 1 tbsp) yummy and like a smoothie with a little boost when you're tired!!
