What percent of your strength is lost immediately after a workout, cause of the muscles being tired? And how long does it take for a full recovery in which the muscles can be used with no fatigue at 100%

10000%
There is no correct answer to this. Depends on WAY WAY too many factors. Intensity, reps, the muscle, diet, experience, rest, sleep, CNS, etc.

Reason I ask is, me and my bro got in a fight, and I got tired very quickly, and less then 2 hours ago I was in the gym doing chest and back
Basically I feel like crap cause my fighting abilities were literly nothing...

Not fighting would be a good solution to your problem.
I can tell you that wrestling or MMA athletes stop hitting the weights atleast 4-5 days before a match. Usually longer. Some also quit training altogether days before a match.

So its that big of a difference then?
Would you say I would be about 50% more effective if I hadnt weight trained directly before fighting? Cuase I feel like my pride has been completely sucked out of me
Besides the fact that you were lifting...
Could it also be your diet??
2200 cals for a 17yr old, 5'11 dude is not going to keep your strength up.. let alone add muscle!!!!
Why you eating so few calories? Take advantage of your age and height.. you could easily be eating 3500 cals a day.. especially if you are lifting hard.

Well according to the scale, i went up 1.5 lbs in a week on 2200 kcals. and my bf % only went up .1 (the thing that does it is waaay off though)

I can fight after I lift, but that's also how I train...it all depends man. Of course your muscles are going to be fatigued, sometimes I work out so hard that my triceps will flex on their own and feel like they're gonna get stuck HAHA..it's not so bad but still you get my point.
You'll be much more ready to go if you haven't just exerted a LOT of you're energy, it should be plain and obvious.

It's a standing joke for one of my buddies.
